 In order to speed up the turn around on most repairs we offer reasonable
 flat rate repair.  You have the option to go with the flat rate or ask for an
 estimate.
 
 *** Flat rate means that we will repair your unit up to quoted repair costs.
     9 out of 10 units will get fixed under the flat rate prices. If we determine
     that the damage is more serious we will contact you with new estimate.
     You have the right to decline the repair and all you pay is $25.00 check
